Weddings at Woodville Hunter Valley Wedding & Reception Venue
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION A deposit of $600 for chapel/ceremony only or $1500 for a reception is required to secure your date, this is required with 7 days - we are unable to hold dates on a tentative basis. All deposits are non-refundable once the wedding is less than 12 months away, prior to this an administration fee of $250 is charged. A second instalment equivalent to 50% of invoice balance is due 6 months prior to your wedding (or if you are booking inside a 12 month period at a date to be determined). If having a reception at All Saints, you will receive a Contract which states your inclusions and has the T&C, we require to be signed and returned to us either via mail, email or in person.
FINAL NUMBERS & PAYMENT The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding, final numbers will be ascertained 3 weeks out and an invoice issued – extra guests may be added after this time and will be charged for – any decrease in numbers after this date is non-refundable. We offer several payment options – Direct Deposit, Internet Bank, Credit Card (2% surcharge applies), Bank or Personal Cheque (confirmation on clearance of same) or cash if preferred.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL The management of Weddings at Woodville or their representatives adhere to RSA guidelines to provide a safe and pleasant environment for the enjoyment of your guests. As such we reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated persons, and if necessary, to ask guests who breach these laws to leave the property - this is not a personal decision – THIS IS A REQUIREMENT UNDER THE LIQUOR ACT and is a professional decision made by us. We offer fully catered Beverage Packages or BYO* *Conditions Apply
CURFEW Friday & Saturday evenings 11.30pm; Sunday to Thursday evenings 10.30pm.
USE OF PREMISES The client warrants that he/she will conduct proceedings on the premises in a proper and orderly manner and indemnifies the owners from any claim made in relation to the client’s use of the premises immediately prior, during and after the period of use by the client.
DUTY OF CARE The Management of Weddings at Woodville or their representative will remain onsite for the duration of your event. We take seriously our duty of care to provide a safe and secure environment and promote responsible service and OH&S practices to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations. The management of Weddings at Woodville or their representative reserve the right to refuse/suspend service to intoxicated guests and ask guests who are abusive towards staff or breach these laws to leave the property.
PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT DAMAGES The client, regardless of how much damage has occurred, will incur the cost of any damages to the property and/or equipment or surrounding properties which occurs immediately prior, during and after your function resulting from the actions of yourselves, your guests or any of your contractors/subcontractors. Credit Card Pre-Authorisation of $1000 is required in lieu of a bond and the client warrants that he/she authorises the property owners of Weddings at Woodville to charge said credit card for an amount equal to any and all damages incurred during the period of use of the premises by the client. Weddings at Woodville is not liable for any loss or damage to property or personal injury to the clients, their guests or their contractors/subcontractors that did not arise through negligence of the venue's management or their representative. Parking of vehicles on the property is at your own risk and no liability will be accepted for any personal injury, damages or theft.
